How do I reinstall doubleTwist AirSync without being charged again?
If you need to reinstall doubleTwist after replacing or factory-resetting your device, you can easily regain access to your purchased upgrades by following one of these two methods, depending on if the purchase was made from the Play Store or from within doubleTwist Player.
- Play Store: Purchased AirSync using the Play Store app.
- In-App Purchase: Purchased AirSync from within doubleTwist Player.
- Play Store: If you purchased AirSync as an app from the Play Store, you can redownload the AirSync app from the Play Store to regain AirSync functionality. Be sure to use the same Google account that you originally used to purchase.
- In-App: If you purchased AirSync or another upgrade from within doubleTwist Music Player, please reinstall the doubleTwist Music Player app from the Play Store. Do not attempt to install the AirSync app as the Play Store will not recognize your in-app purchase.
Because of limitations in the Google Play Store infrastructure, the Google Play Store does not know about "in-app purchase" upgrades and vice versa. The Google Play Store purchase history only lists app purchases and not "in-app purchases". To review your order history for "in-app purchases", please view your Google Wallet's transaction log.
If doubleTwist Music Player does not automatically unlock the upgrades, please tap on the doubleTwist icon on the upper right to slide out the menu. Then tap on "Add Features".
